Participatory Decision making process
The Board meetings are held every Thursday at the Association’s office (Ambrosiou 5, 2nd floor, Thessaloniki, tel. +30 2310811078 and +30 2310869150).
In Board meetings all Association’s members- volunteers are invited to participate in decision making procedure. The decisions are made by the majority of the members-volunteers who participate and are present in each Board’s open meeting.
