New Educational Travels for Adults: Enrichment family & intra-generations Learning through Photography, film and animation
The project was implemented in 2012 by the Greek Trade Development Centre in Thessaloniki and included three educational courses
In this context, the third educational course of the project was held in collaboration with the Association of Friends-Volunteer of the Society for the Protection of Minors Thessaloniki (S.F.E.E.P.A.TH.) and the Society for the Protection of Minors Thessaloniki. As trainees, they participated volunteers of  S.F.E.E.P.A.TH,  who acted as supervisors  of the minors participating in the project . Adults, 15 volunteers of the Association and minors, 12 juvenile offenders who participated under the supervision of the Probation Service of Minors Court of Thessaloniki, as well as 4 minors from the Center for Minors POM Protection "The Faros of the World", trained and created five animated short films, lasting two minutes each one. The short films’ scenarios, created by the participated minors, based on their personal experiences of family life and their cultural history.
At the end of the project, an audience of 120 persons, Association’s friends and members, attended the presentation of the five short animated films, created by the minors.
